JEFF HUNT
Managing Director
Although he bought BJ Associates in 2004, Jeff is responsible for setting up two previous cutter grinding companies and is always willing to get his hands dirty in the workshop, drawing on nearly 50 years of experience in the industry. Since Justin’s arrival, he has been fortunate enough to take a step back and semi-retire, now often found playing a round of golf or helping organise local music events.
JUSTIN TAYLOR
Sales Director
A passion for modified cars and military vehicles, Justin joined BJ Associates in 2015, when an employee and mutual friend recommended him based off his Engineering qualifications and work ethic. He quickly impressed in the office, despite being hired in the workshop initially, and Jeff promoted him to the Sales department. His attention to detail and confidence with customers earned him a directorship in 2018.
DAVE TOMBS
Workshop Manager
Dave began working for BJA in 1987 right at the birth of the company, when Jeff took him on from Southampton Precision Cutting Tools. His family values and in-depth grinding knowledge made him the perfect manager of the new workshop where he has excelled ever since. In his down-time, Dave enjoys making scale model railways and is always up for a debate on the best musical era.
REG FISHER
Technical Representative
Reg has spent the last 7 years with us, having previously been at Cromwell Basingstoke, heading up the lucrative Safety Division. Now our out-of-office Technical Rep for Berkshire, Wiltshire, and North Hants, he also enjoys a round of golf, (often a tough opponent to Jeff), gardening and holidaying to New Zealand each Spring.
VICKY TAYLOR
Head of Marketing
Vicky is the Head of Marketing at BJA, with a background in interior architecture and wildlife drawings. She applies her artistic talents and marketing experience to create impactful campaigns and approach design and business problems creatively.
ROLLO
Meat & Greet
Joining the team in early 2020, he instantly became a valued member of the sales department, impressing everyone with his customer relations and positive attitude. His hobbies include woodland walks, playing tug and frisbees.
